Shipping, Returns & Payments


BHD currently ships across all of Canada (excluding NWT). We currently work with Canada Post to ship your packages, please note someone of age does need to accept the order with a valid ID & signature.

Once you have placed your order, please allow our team 2-4 business days to process your order, once your order is with Canada Post you will receive an email with shipment tracking information. Please note that Black Harbour Distillers is not liable for any products lost or damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged package please contact the shipping provider.


If you received an item you do not wish to have, you can return it via mail at your own expense or bring it in person. Please note the product will be inspected for damage and if BHD staff suspect no tampering we can provide you with a refund.

Please note if you make an order for shipping or local delivery that you can no longer receive, if the order has still not been shipped out by BHD we can provide you with a refund, refunds usually take 5-7 business days. Please note if the order has left the BHD warehouse we can not provide any refunds.


All orders must be paid in full before receiving BHD product.
